I met chad and his mom 2 years ago during there family pictures. I was so excited when I got the chance to do his senior pictures. Here is a couple of my favorites from the session.

Sara session was so much fun. She brought a couple friends with her and that helped add to her senior experience. Her friend, kathryn helped with her hair and make up and always made sure she was looking her best. She was also a lot of help when it came to holding the reflector. Sara is the captain of her volleyball team. She plans to attend college at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkanas. Here are some of my favorites from her senior session.

Shaylee attends Midland High School where she plays softball, volleyball, and basketball. She said that if she had to guess that softball was her favorite. She plans to attend college at UACCB in Batesville. She plans to major in Nursing. Shaylee's session was a lot of fun. Here are some of my favorites!

I will be talking about my amazing experience at Amanda Holloway's workshop retreat I attended in Jupiter, FL last month!  It was a 2 day retreat, I wish it was so much longer! This retreat is where photographers get together to share new ideas, create lasting friendships, learn new techniques, and grow in their photography. Lots of things are covered during this time such as editing, lighting, social media, marketing, posing, products and so much more. I can't tell you how awesome this experience was where everyone supports and encourages each other.  

Each day we had 9 models and were in groups of 3 photographers. We had about 20 mins with each model and then we would rotate from group to group. These girls ranged from high school sophomores to college freshman. I totally had to get out of my confront zone! I was shooting the beach for the first ever! I loved it.

I was glad that Amanda encouraged us to try new things. I love how encouraging she is. She truly is the best teacher and workshop educator EVER. I encourage anyone to look at her website and take any class that she offers.  In addition to the beach we also got to shoot in downtown Palm Springs, and this amazing old church! Below are a few of my favorites off of my phone, then the favorites that I took! I can not wait till the next retreat. I want to be able to attend them all. :)

Madison's session was unlike any other that I have done before. She had one request to have them taken with her grandfather. She wanted him to be apart of her senior memories. They play music together all the time. They even sang a couple of songs together during the session. It was precious. Lots of tears! ​

I loved Lynnsey's session! We went all over the place for these pictures. It was so much fun. I loved being able to get all the pictures that she had envisioned for her senior session. The ones in the river was a first for me. :) Lynnsey also got selected to be Miss Arkansas Rice.
